Every year beautiful Coveside Stables on Haddon Hill, near the Village of Chester hosts the annual Coveside Classic Hunter-Jumper Competition.

It's five days of equestrian excitement featuring tremendous skill and showmanship in a wonderfully friendly atmosphere.

A marvellous milestone was marked in 2018 as the Coveside Classic celebrated its 10th Anniversary and secured their position as the largest equestrian competition in the Atlantic provinces, and without question, a highlight of the competition season. We're so proud to have this event held here in the Municipality of Chester each year.

The event is FREE for spectators and features a concession stand filled with local fare and plenty of vendors with the latest in gear and garb for riders of all sizes and their horses.
