Mecklenburgh Inn

The Mecklenburgh is a charming historic inn situated on a knoll overlooking the harbour in the Village of Chester. Built originally as a guest house and shop, the verandahs still sport Adirondack chairs and hanging flower pots. Enjoy afternoon tea here after a day on the road. Put up your feet and watch the ebb and flow of village life. The guest rooms are named after islands in the bay. Like the islands, each has a personality of its own. Despite this uniqueness, every room contains eclectic reading material, fluffy towels, dressing gowns, frette linens and down duvets. Kick back, relax … enjoy.
