Wildfire Prevention Measures – Restrictions on Activities in the Woods.

Nova Scotia has restricted activities in the woods and banned open fires. Restrictions are in place as of August 5 at 4pm until October 15, or until the Province lifts the restrictions. There is a $25,000 fine for violating these restrictions.

Saturday, September 13 & Sunday, September 14

Yard Sale & BBQ (Saturday only) at Grace Anglican Church on Saturday from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and on Sunday from 12:00 to 3:00 pm.  On Sunday, large items will be half price, and you can fill a bag (provided) for only $3.00.  We are still in need of items so clear out your closets, cupboards and garages.  Grace Anglican Church will accept items Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon.  Call the office 902-275-5434 and Linda will be able to open the door downstairs so you can drop off at the hall.
