Wildfire Prevention Measures – Restrictions on Activities in the Woods.

Nova Scotia has restricted activities in the woods and banned open fires. Restrictions are in place as of August 5 at 4pm until October 15, or until the Province lifts the restrictions. There is a $25,000 fine for violating these restrictions.

Winter Frolic Weekend

This weekend, enjoy hot chocolate served around the campfire in the woods. Sleigh or wagon rides will be available from 10 AM to 12 PM and again from 2 PM to 4 PM. Visit the Rosebank Cottage, Ross Farm Barn, and the Farm Workshop. Do not forget to bring your own sledding equipment and have fun on the Larder Barn (snow permitting).
