Takeaway Meal at the Chester Legion

Chef Tom Connors prepares a Takeaway Meal at the Chester Legion.  This is a fundraiser for the Chester Municipal Heritage Society.  Tickets $35 per person (Advance purchase required).  Enjoy Prime Rib, medium, with Yorkshire pudding, served with roasted vegetables, potatoes, gravy, and horseradish.  Followed by:  Profiteroles filled with Maple Cream and drizzled with a Maple Glaze.  For more info, or to purchase tickets, call Carol 902-275-3826 or Jayne 902-228-2628.
