Wildfire Prevention Measures – Restrictions on Activities in the Woods.

Nova Scotia has restricted activities in the woods and banned open fires. Restrictions are in place as of August 5 at 4pm until October 15, or until the Province lifts the restrictions. There is a $25,000 fine for violating these restrictions.

St. Patrick’s Day Celebration at the New Ross Legion (64 Forties Road) from 8:30 to 11:30 pm.  Wear your green attire and bring your friends along for a night of dancing, laughter and great company while enjoying the music of the band “The Upbeats”.  Cover Charge:  $5 for Members and $7 for Non-Members.
