Wildfire Prevention Measures – Restrictions on Activities in the Woods.

Nova Scotia has restricted activities in the woods and banned open fires. Restrictions are in place as of August 5 at 4pm until October 15, or until the Province lifts the restrictions. There is a $25,000 fine for violating these restrictions.

St. Luke’s 76th Variety Show – Doors open 6:00 pm and show begins 7:00 pm at the Shore Club in Hubbards. Admission is Adults $8 and Children under 12 years $4 and under 5 years are free. Along with some amazing talent, there will also be a Bake Table, Fish Pond, Sucker Pull, Jewellery Table, 50/50 Draw and much more. All proceeds go to St. Luke’s ACW.
