Wildfire Prevention Measures – Restrictions on Activities in the Woods.

Nova Scotia has restricted activities in the woods and banned open fires. Restrictions are in place as of August 5 at 4pm until October 15, or until the Province lifts the restrictions. There is a $25,000 fine for violating these restrictions.

Snowflake Frenzy CDS Winter Fair at the Chester District School from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. There will be a Penny Auction, Bounce Castle, Cotton Candy, Plinko, Mini Golf, Snowman Bowling, Cake Walk, Magic Show, Bake Sale, Games, Prizes, Sno-cones, Hot Chocolate Buffet, Pizza and more! All proceeds will go to the CDS Home and School to help towards resources and events for all the students.
