Wildfire Prevention Measures – Restrictions on Activities in the Woods.

Nova Scotia has restricted activities in the woods and banned open fires. Restrictions are in place as of August 5 at 4pm until October 15, or until the Province lifts the restrictions. There is a $25,000 fine for violating these restrictions.

The heartwarming story of the life and times of a Maritime fisherman told through the tales and songs of Skipper Kevin Corkum, this one-man musical features John 'Spyder' Macdonald. It's an entertaining and uplifting show with classic folk songs and shanties, spine-tingling tales of life on the ocean, and many laughs.
