Wildfire Prevention Measures – Restrictions on Activities in the Woods.

Nova Scotia has restricted activities in the woods and banned open fires. Restrictions are in place as of August 5 at 4pm until October 15, or until the Province lifts the restrictions. There is a $25,000 fine for violating these restrictions.

From Hubbards to Martins River and inland to New Ross and Sherwood, Our Municipality of Chester is the gateway to the South Shore of Nova Scotia.

For ease of exploring we've broken down our Municipality into five main areas.

Located in Kespukwitk (Lands End) district of Mi'kma'ki, the ancestral and traditional lands of the Mi'kmaq people. This is a FREE new to you clothing depot where you cn get lots of good used free clothing or make a donation. YOur choice. We also accept donations of good used clothing. kids getting ready to go back to school will have fund shopping here. Lots of baby items as well.

We have a ranges of sizes from 0 to 4X and or 46 pants for men. Summer items still out but our fall line will be coming out soon as we transition from summer to winter clothing.
