Wildfire Prevention Measures – Restrictions on Activities in the Woods.

Nova Scotia has restricted activities in the woods and banned open fires. Restrictions are in place as of August 5 at 4pm until October 15, or until the Province lifts the restrictions. There is a $25,000 fine for violating these restrictions.

Improv for Anxiety (Workshop)

Actor, magician, and therapist Bill Wood leads Improv for Anxiety workshop. This workshop explores anxiety to help reduce its effects and provide participants with skills to help them in their everyday life. Wood creates a safe space to help participants work through their anxiety, gain coping skills and strategies, and have fun along the way.
