Wildfire Prevention Measures – Restrictions on Activities in the Woods.

Nova Scotia has restricted activities in the woods and banned open fires. Restrictions are in place as of August 5 at 4pm until October 15, or until the Province lifts the restrictions. There is a $25,000 fine for violating these restrictions.

Father’s Day Lunch at St. Luke’s Parish Hall from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm. Enjoy pulled pork sandwich, coleslaw, choice of pie slice, tea/coffee. Admission by donation. Proceeds for the Helm. Hosted by St. Luke’s Outreach Mission Group.
