Wildfire Prevention Measures – Restrictions on Activities in the Woods.

Nova Scotia has restricted activities in the woods and banned open fires. Restrictions are in place as of August 5 at 4pm until October 15, or until the Province lifts the restrictions. There is a $25,000 fine for violating these restrictions.

Country Music Variety Show at the District #1 Community Centre, Blandford starting 1:30 pm.  Featuring: Cye and The Guys, Amy Grant, Coastline, Kentucky Blue, and Bluegrass Country Crossroads.  Admission $6.  There will be a bake table, raffles, canteen and a plant table.  All proceeds for All Saints Church Bayswater.  For more info contact Barb or Malcolm 902-228-2961.
