Wildfire Prevention Measures – Restrictions on Activities in the Woods.

Nova Scotia has restricted activities in the woods and banned open fires. Restrictions are in place as of August 5 at 4pm until October 15, or until the Province lifts the restrictions. There is a $25,000 fine for violating these restrictions.

Corned Beef & Cabbage Supper Fundraiser at the District #1 Community Centre, Blandford from 4:30 to 6:00 pm.  Eat-in or Take-out.  Enjoy corned beef, cabbage, turnip, carrots, potatoes, rolls & dessert.  Adults $17, Children (10 & under) $10 and FREE for Kids under 3 years.  Cash or debit available.
