Wildfire Prevention Measures – Restrictions on Activities in the Woods.

Nova Scotia has restricted activities in the woods and banned open fires. Restrictions are in place as of August 5 at 4pm until October 15, or until the Province lifts the restrictions. There is a $25,000 fine for violating these restrictions.

Community Centre Breakfast at the District #1 Community Centre, Blandford from 9:00 to 11:00 am.  Eat-in or Take-out.  Enjoy eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, beans, hashbrowns, coffee, tea and juice.  Adults $9, Children (10 and under) $5, and Children under 3 years are FREE. 50/50 draw at the door.
