Wildfire Prevention Measures – Restrictions on Activities in the Woods.

Nova Scotia has restricted activities in the woods and banned open fires. Restrictions are in place as of August 5 at 4pm until October 15, or until the Province lifts the restrictions. There is a $25,000 fine for violating these restrictions.

Community Centre Breakfast at the District #1 Community Centre, Blandford from 9:00 to 11:00 am. Eat-in or Take-out. Enjoy eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, beans, hashbrowns, coffee, tea & juice. Adults $10, Children (10 & under) $5 and Children (under 3) are FREE. Cash or debit available. This is the last breakfast before October.
