Wildfire Prevention Measures – Restrictions on Activities in the Woods.

Nova Scotia has restricted activities in the woods and banned open fires. Restrictions are in place as of August 5 at 4pm until October 15, or until the Province lifts the restrictions. There is a $25,000 fine for violating these restrictions.

Christmas Craft Show at the Hubbards Area Lions Club (21 Lions Club Road, Fox Point) from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.  Admission $2.  Children under 12 are FREE!  There will be 50/50 Draw, Canteen, Door Prize and the Lions Bake Table.  Come and get a start on your Christmas shopping.
