Wildfire Prevention Measures – Restrictions on Activities in the Woods.

Nova Scotia has restricted activities in the woods and banned open fires. Restrictions are in place as of August 5 at 4pm until October 15, or until the Province lifts the restrictions. There is a $25,000 fine for violating these restrictions.

Christmas at the Barn (#57 Hwy 3, Hubbards) from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon. Over 40 local vendors will be at our Hubbards Barn & Community Park for your Christmas list. Our markets will have fresh produce, meats, eggs, cheese, wine, spirits, soaps, ornaments, pottery, cards, salts, wood carvings, wreaths, beer, spirits, hats, authors, woodwork, jewelry and more.
