Wildfire Prevention Measures – Restrictions on Activities in the Woods.

Nova Scotia has restricted activities in the woods and banned open fires. Restrictions are in place as of August 5 at 4pm until October 15, or until the Province lifts the restrictions. There is a $25,000 fine for violating these restrictions.

Children’s Easter Egg Hunt at the District #1 Community Centre, Blandford starting 1:30 pm. Join them for some fun Easter entertainment, an egg hunt and a visit from the Easter Bunny! All egg hunters should be registered by 2:00 pm.
