Wildfire Prevention Measures – Restrictions on Activities in the Woods.

Nova Scotia has restricted activities in the woods and banned open fires. Restrictions are in place as of August 5 at 4pm until October 15, or until the Province lifts the restrictions. There is a $25,000 fine for violating these restrictions.

The Carnival of Colours is a vibrant fundraiser aimed at supporting the Chester Art Centre. Our produced entertainment event hosted under a soaring Sailcloth tent offers an exciting mix of art installations, music, dancing, and carnival themed experiences for adults.
The event targets a diverse group of community members and art lovers, with an emphasis on inclusivity and accessibility. The goal is to raise funds for the Chester Art Centre’s growth and programmes for youth to seniors while providing a vibrant, whimsical and dynamic experience for all attendees.
