Wildfire Prevention Measures – Restrictions on Activities in the Woods.

Nova Scotia has restricted activities in the woods and banned open fires. Restrictions are in place as of August 5 at 4pm until October 15, or until the Province lifts the restrictions. There is a $25,000 fine for violating these restrictions.

Church Fundraising Breakfast at St. Martin's Anglican Church Hall, 7526 Hwy 3, Martin's River from 7:00 to 11:00 am.  Menu: homemade pancakes, homemade hash browns, homemade baked beans, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, tea, coffee, juice. Adults $8, Children (5-12 years) $4 and under 5 years are free. Take-outs are available.
