About the Municipality of Chester

From Hubbards to Martins River and inland to New Ross and Sherwood, Our Municipality of Chester is the gateway to the South Shore of Nova Scotia.

For ease of exploring we've broken down our Municipality into five main areas.

Located in Kespukwitk (Lands End) district of Mi'kma'ki, the ancestral and traditional lands of the Mi'kmaq people. The Municipality acknowledges the Peace and Friendship Treaties signed and recognizes that we are all Treaty People. Lobster Fundraiser on Sunday, August 6 in support of Bonny Lea Farm and empowering people with disabilities!

Five easy steps:

4) Pick up your lobster on Sunday, August 6!
5) Enjoy!

Tickets are $30 and include one cooked lobster, dinner roll, herbed butter and a sweet treat.
