Wildfire Prevention Measures – Restrictions on Activities in the Woods.

Nova Scotia has restricted activities in the woods and banned open fires. Restrictions are in place as of August 5 at 4pm until October 15, or until the Province lifts the restrictions. There is a $25,000 fine for violating these restrictions.

Annual Halloween Haunted Trail at the District #1 Community Centre, Blandford in the upper field. Raindate: Saturday, October 26. Imagine…YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE! Prepare to experience the nightmarish Community Centre trail. Please no lining up early. The trail will be closed for public walking that afternoon. Event may not be suitable for the very young. Admission is by donation.
