5th Annual Christmas Dress Up Pet Parade at the Parade Square (Chester) starting 12:00 pm.  All pets welcome.  Prizes for Best Costumes, Funniest Costume in Big and Small Categories.  Top Prize Best in Show.  Guest Judges Bonnie & Brian from Oceanmark K9 Resort.  Pet Valu will be giving out Treats.
