Wildfire Prevention Measures – Restrictions on Activities in the Woods.

Nova Scotia has restricted activities in the woods and banned open fires. Restrictions are in place as of August 5 at 4pm until October 15, or until the Province lifts the restrictions. There is a $25,000 fine for violating these restrictions.

21st Annual Giving Golf Tournament in support of Canadian Baptist Ministries.  Enter a team or register as a single for this 4-person scramble event.  Shotgun start 1:30 pm at the Chester Golf Club.  For $100 ($55 for members of Chester Golf Club) it includes a round of golf and a meal afterwards.  Also included in your fee is a $40 charitable gift to CBM for which you'll receive a tax-receipt if you provide a home address.  Come and join us as we support global missions and development.
